Our community provides a rare sanctuary where seasoned founders connect through insightful peer coaching and access our bespoke leadership curriculum. Within 2TF, members discover a trusted space for authentic connection, strategic knowledge sharing, and mutual growth that strengthens both personal resilience and professional capabilities. Here, the wisdom gained from previous entrepreneurial journeys becomes the foundation for even greater success in your next venture.

Qualification Criteria

Second Time Founders is an inclusive community that supports founders who have navigated the complete entrepreneurial journey. We prioritize wisdom and experience over achievement.

Who Qualifies:

  • Repeat Founders: Entrepreneurs who have founded multiple ventures and seen at least one through its full lifecycle (fundraising to exit/closure)

  • Seasoned Founders: Entrepreneurs who have either:

    • Raised Series B+ funding or beyond

    • Been working on the same startup for 5+ years

  • Female Founders: First-time female founders who have secured $1M+ in venture backing (We are committed to increasing representation and provide access to seasoned founder support)

  • No Membership Fees

    2TF provides a complimentary membership. Members are only responsible for direct costs associated with certain activities, such as dinners and retreats. All members have the option to sign up for tuition based programs.
